Many people say happiness is a choice but don’t believe it themselves. Happiness seems natural and simple, yet many people globally are suffering from mental health issues which involve the lack of endorphins. Over the years, research has proven that although people may not be able to directly orient their mood, there are situations and emotions coming from an event that develops a mood, which leads to overall happiness. To be more precise, there are situations where things may not go as planned, but the energy someone spends on that is their choice; negative or positive. In other words, the way someone processes a situation can be changed from negative to positive. This means, it is up to a person themselves to decide how they react to situations, which subconsciously manipulate the same person’s happiness. Reaction is a vital thing towards being more happy because it is the main step and the most important, because it not only gives a reflection of personality, but also self-realization about internal feelings gives motivation towards changing. Happiness impacts a human’s life, and leaves a person feeling more fulfilling, upbeat, and manifests a growth mindset.
